Choose a cross-border route for your needs

VPNSN lets you manage locations, route types, and subscription usage separately. First identify the service you need to access, then choose a suitable exit location and billing option. The number of locations does not guarantee access from every app, and a connected status in the client does not mean the service has been verified.

Evening peak connections and IEPL routes

Check sustained access, not just the connection icon

Evening peak performance depends on your local network, the connection path, and the destination service. To assess whether a route suits your work, check page loads, file transfers, and long sessions—not just whether the client connects. VPNSN offers routes in different locations and types so you can test them during the hours you actually use them. When searching for a route that stays stable at peak times, focus on whether your everyday apps keep working. If a route's performance changes, note what happened and compare another route in the same location; avoid changing several settings at once.

Compare IEPL, relay, and direct routes

IEPL is one route type to consider, but it does not mean every link between your device and the destination website uses a dedicated connection. VPNSN route examples include IEPL, relay, and direct routes, making it easier to compare how different paths perform. For video calls and online editing, focus on session continuity; for downloads, consider your remaining data. Test with the apps you use for work, then keep the routes that suit you. Don't judge a route by its name alone or switch locations repeatedly over brief fluctuations.

Privacy and multi-device use

Anonymous, no logs. Less account information required

VPNSN follows an anonymous, no-logs policy. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. Consider the privacy policy alongside account management: browsing activity should not create an account-information burden, and subscription links should be kept safe as personal access credentials. Don't share screenshots containing subscription details or paste links into unfamiliar websites. Read the privacy policy before using the service to understand how data is handled. Anonymous, no-logs describes the service's policy; it does not mean destination websites cannot identify accounts you have signed into.

Unlimited simultaneous devices, with data managed across them

VPNSN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no limit on simultaneous devices. Use a computer for documents and a mobile device for research, configuring each to suit its platform. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: usage across devices still counts toward your plan's allowance. Import and verify the subscription on one device before setting up the others, and check your remaining data in your account. When your subscription updates, sync the change across your clients to avoid mixing old settings with new routes and making troubleshooting harder.

AI access and streaming unblocking

Check web access, sign-in, and tool requests separately

Access issues with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor can occur at different stages, including the website, sign-in, model requests, or plugin connections. VPNSN provides cross-border connection routes. After choosing a location, test the tool itself rather than only its homepage in a browser. For work, keep a suitable exit location to reduce session changes from frequent route switching. For Cursor, distinguish the editor's network connection from the account permissions required by the model service. If the website works but the tool reports an error, check client routing rules, app settings, and the service's error message first.

Check regional content, membership, and playback requirements separately

Streaming access often depends on how the exit location is identified; it does not grant platform membership, content rights, or payment eligibility. Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and other services may also use account region, content licensing, and network detection rules to determine what's available. Test VPNSN routes with the platform you plan to use; a location name alone cannot guarantee access to an entire catalog. Check your account access first, then test the exit location and playback. If you see a regional restriction message, save the error and consult the streaming guide rather than treating repeated route switching as a fix for every issue.

14-day no-questions-asked refunds

Test the connection on your actual devices and usual networks before deciding whether it suits long-term use. See the Terms of Service for details on refund requests and processing. For help, open a support ticket from your account dashboard.

Global regions and route types

VPNSN offers 100+ countries / 240+ routes. The table below shows example locations and route types; it is not a route-by-route guarantee of streaming access. Before choosing, check the target app's regional requirements, then compare actual access. Different paths in the same location may perform differently.

For everyday work, start by testing a nearby location that meets the app's requirements. Check that browsing, sign-in, and file operations all work; when a specific location is required, follow the platform's rules. Before switching routes, note the current route, time of use, and error message. This makes issues easier to reproduce and helps avoid mistaking local Wi-Fi problems, client settings, or app maintenance for an international route failure.

Route status reference

Status figures are for comparing routes only; they don't represent end-to-end performance in your target app. After connecting, verify access and playback for yourself.

After the client shows Connected, open the target app and test it too. Loading a webpage, staying signed in, and completing a specific task are separate checks. For help troubleshooting, see the Help Center.

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose a plan based on how often you use it

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Data packs suit occasional access: use them until depleted, and they never expire. All options support unlimited devices. Compare how often you connect, how much data you use, and what's left; more devices alone don't mean you need a higher tier.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

A good fit for browsing, email, and light research. If you mainly work with documents occasionally, check your actual usage to see whether this allowance fits.

  • 60GB included per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

Suited to everyday work and switching between multiple devices. Online tools, file syncing, and video calls all use data, so keep an eye on usage in your dashboard.

  • 250GB included per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

Suited to data-intensive tasks such as file transfers and streaming video. Data allowance does not determine connection speed; playback still depends on your chosen route and the platform's requirements.

  • 500GB included per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Data packs: use until depleted; never expire

Choose from ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. If you use a lot while traveling but only occasionally look things up at home, or can't predict which months you'll need access, compare data packs with monthly plans. Data packs don't reset monthly, so don't compare their allowance directly with a monthly plan's. Decide whether you value ongoing access or keeping unused data available.

If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Review the full plan details and order information in your dashboard before choosing. No plan is labeled as discounted or recommended by default.

Account, connection, and refund questions

From creating an account to testing apps, understand what the service does and configure it for your needs. Expand a question below for a quick answer; the Help Center has more detailed guidance on connections, speed, and billing.

Do I need an email address to create an account? Where can I find my subscription details?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, then keep your credentials safe and view subscription and usage details in your dashboard. Your subscription link is a personal access credential; don't share it in public chats, screenshots, or unfamiliar tools. Marketing pages don't provide actual subscription links. Import your subscription using the dashboard entry point and follow its instructions. If you're new, read a guide before configuring your client.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Include usage across all your devices in your data budget. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. To use the service across platforms, verify your main devices first, then set up the others and monitor your remaining data in the dashboard.

Where can I get the client? Is the process the same on every platform?

Find client downloads in your account dashboard. Sign in to get the client for Windows, Android, macOS, or Linux. The dashboard provides the steps for iOS; follow the instructions shown there. This site does not provide direct installation package links. After installing, import your subscription, allow the required system network settings, and choose a route. Installation alone does not connect you; open an app you use regularly to verify access.

Will AI tools and streaming services work once I'm connected?

A successful connection does not guarantee access to every app. Services may have separate account-region, membership, payment, or network-detection requirements, and streaming access needs to be checked for each route. If a homepage loads but sign-in or playback fails, note the exact message and check client routing, exit location, and app permissions. Our AI guides and streaming guides explain these differences. A connection icon alone can't confirm that the service is doing what you need.

What does the refund policy cover? How can I get help?

VPNSN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for application details. For connection issues, billing questions, or refund requests, open a support ticket from your account dashboard and include your platform, route location, and what happened. Before sharing screenshots, hide passwords, subscription links, and sensitive payment details. Clear error messages make troubleshooting easier than repeatedly changing client settings, and can reduce follow-up questions.
