Billing and refund FAQs
Straight answers on pricing, devices, refunds, and payment methods.
How much do VPNSN plans cost?
¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date each month. Compare billing terms and included data before choosing.
How many devices can use one account at the same time?
There’s no device limit. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Keep an eye on your plan’s remaining data when using multiple devices: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Video, file transfers, and background sync all use data.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 14 days, with no reason required. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal. Include the relevant order and request details. Check your payment record on the order page before submitting, then follow the response in your ticket. See the Terms of Service for full refund terms.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Confirm your plan and order total in the user panel, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. Return to the order page to check the status. If it hasn’t updated, keep your payment receipt and contact support through a ticket. Don’t submit another payment.
When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades handled?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. The reset date isn’t the first day of the calendar month. Before confirming an upgrade, check the plan details and change summary in the user panel rather than estimating the new term from the price difference.
Do data packs expire, and how should I choose one?
Data packs last until used and never expire; they don’t reset monthly. They may suit people who connect intermittently and want to keep their remaining data. For regular use, compare them with a monthly plan. “Never expires” describes the data pack’s validity period; it doesn’t mean unlimited data.
